Bridge Capital CNMI Donation

Bridge Capital LLC, a financial services company that has recently established its headquarters on Saipan, will present cash donations to several schools and community service organizations Thursday, January 25th, at the offices of CNMI Governor Benigno Fitial. Bridge Capital LLC is owned by John Baldwin and Shawn Scott. It is an international lender and business consultant providing funding for commercial opportunities.
“We believe in being good corporate neighbors,” said Baldwin. “We’re delighted to be here in the CNMI and want to help the community service organizations of the Commonwealth do their important work. These donations will just be the first of many to come.”
The Governor and First Lady will be joined by Public Schools Superintendent Dr. David Borja to receive a total of $18,000 for the public high schools and middle schools, to be used for textbooks and supplies. Each school will be given $2,000. Also receiving donations will be the Division of Youth Services for its emergency shelter; Karidat for the Guma Esperanza women’s shelter; the Commonwealth Health Center Volunteers organization; the Ben Fitial Foundation; the First Lady’s Vision; the Women Helping People Foundation; The San Jose Church Parish Council; and Saipan Little League Baseball.
The checks, totaling nearly $50,000, will be presented in a special ceremony at 10 am in the Governor’s chambers.
